Mark is a tax lawyer with over 40 years of experience in large national law firms. Mark has specialized in advising companies, both for profit and not-for-profit, and executives with respect to all types of employee benefit plans, including qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, deferred compensation plans, health & welfare plans, ESOPs, and equity compensation programs including plans awarding nonqualified and incentive stock options, phantom stock, restricted stock and RSUs.

In January of 2022, Mark left big law practice and opened up his own tax consulting firm, through which he continues to advise his corporate, individual and professional firm clients on employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
